The Potok CR–4 device is designed for diagnosing Common Rail system injectors on a stand, used in both passenger cars and trucks, agricultural machinery and commercial vehicles.
The device provides:
- activation of electromagnetic passenger car (14 V power supply) and truck (28 V power supply) Common Rail injectors from Bosch, Denso, Delphi;
- activation of piezoelectric Common Rail injectors from Bosch, Denso, VDO;
- simultaneous diagnostics of up to 4 injectors (Coding and ISA determination simultaneously for all);
- measuring the response time of the injector nozzle (when using the "RT Flow" measuring unit);
- diagnostics of Common Rail fuel injection pumps from Bosch, Denso, Delphi, VDO on a stand;
- frequency converter control;
- selection of the direction of rotation of the injection pump engine;
- measuring the rotation speed of the fuel injection pump engine;
- temperature measurement and air conditioning control;
- control of the fuel pump starter;
- selection of the pressure sensor used;
- automatic, manual or external pressure control;
- synchronous operation of 3 pressure regulators;
- control of the filling valve (ZME) of the high-pressure fuel pump;
- automatic protection against current overload of injectors and pressure regulators;
- the ability to connect to a PC via USB and Ethernet, wireless connection using a WiFi router;
- creation of custom test plans for injector diagnostics;
- display of oscillograms of current and voltage flowing through the injector in real time;
- display of pressure oscillograms from two sensors in real time;
- display of graphs of pressure and rotation frequency changes;
- creating reports for printing diagnostic results.
