Software
The control unit is a multifunctional device for professional work with electromagnetic and piezoelectric injectors and regulators of fuel systems of cars, trucks and special equipment from manufacturers: Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens, Cat and many others.
The control unit provides: diagnostics of volumetric productivity, spray shape and intensity, measurement of RLC, minimum spray needle lift pressure, hydraulic density, anchor stroke measurement, piezoelectric package stroke measurement, piezoelectric package resistance measurement, determination of opening/closing currents of electromagnetic and piezoelectric diesel injectors.
It can be used both as part of a professional diesel stand and during an “input control” type check on a car and (or) a fuel operator’s workplace (workbench, etc.).
The device provides:
- activation of nozzles (1 channel) to measure volumetric productivity, as well as to evaluate the shape and intensity of the spray pattern;
- measuring the resistance and inductance of the solenoid valve;
- measuring the capacitance of a piezoelectric package;
- checking the hydraulic tightness of the injectors;
- supply of customizable current pulses to measure the anchor stroke using an indicator head. INDICATOR HEAD IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY SET!
- supplying customizable voltage pulses to measure the stroke of the piezoelectric package using an indicator head;
- measuring the current flowing through the piezoelectric package;
- measurement of piezoelectric package resistance;
- activating the piezo injectors to measure the volume flow of the piezo injector through the control valve using a flow meter;
- determination of opening/closing currents of injector solenoid valves;
- automatic or manual control of pressure in the system;
- automatic overcurrent protection of the injector and pressure regulator;
- automatic saving of operating parameters.
